When the product is not in use for a long time, it should be stored in a dry, clean and well-ventilated warehouse at 10°C~35°C, avoiding inflammable and explosive materials; the battery pack should be charged and maintained regularly every three months to ensure that the battery the best performance state.

Q7: Do your batteries support series or parallel connection?
Our 48V battery packs support up to 15pcs in parallel, if you need series connection, please contact our sales staff.
